Package: texlive-base
Version: 2005.dfsg.2-5
Severity: normal

I'm not sure which package is to blame.

http://people.debian.org/~lucas/logs/2007/01/16/FailedToInstall/texlive-full.log

shows that after purge, lots of *log and *fmt files are still in
/var/lib/texmf/web2c.

Regards, Frank
