I'm considering to reopen the bug. We specifically asked to make the
old one an alias - no comment on whether this has happened. We also
asked in the merged bug opened by me to transfer the settings with
respect to rejecting mail from the PTS/BTS, and asked whether members
can be transferred.
I am not amused by not having a single of these questions answered.
Especially the PTS/BTS thing is crucial, I think.

If things are established properly, yes to all three.
