That's great. Thanks Hilmar. I didn't see the new marvosym version being
announced on CTAN-ANN. Strange ...

To the bug reporters: Generally we do not fix individual packages in
teTeX. And IMO this bug is not severe enough to warant an exception.
However, it is quite easy to install the updated version from CTAN into
TEXMFLOCAL=/usr/local/share/texmf. See tetex-bin's README.Debian for
details.
