So I guess we can do that ASAP. We don't depend on any other ++lib
than libstdc++5. Furthermore I suggest to do that only for 3.0 and
simply neglect 2.0.2. 2.0.2 won't be contained in etch and we don't
provide any C++ libs.
I hope Thomas did a good work and teTeX 3.0 compiles with gcc 4.0.
