(Hilmar complained he didn't even notice that the bug was forwarded by
me). 

It's even more ****arggh* than usual. The latex2html maintainer
previously had forwarded the bug to "his" upstream. When they found out
that only part of the problem was fixed (and could be fixed) in
latex2html, the bug was reopened and assigned to tetex. But he forgot to
un-forward it, or at least notify us of that.

So when I forwarded it, it didn't even change the forwarded address, of
course.
