Bug#200261: dist-upgrade in testing wants to remove tetex-bin and friends

The version number above is the installed version. However, the
problem is with trying to install the new version. apt-cache show
gives it as 2.0.2-4.1. Note my apt gets sources from sid, so it's
possible that is not the version of the binary it's trying to
install. However, the only other one reported is the one already
installed, so I think it it.
apt-get dist-upgrade gives

I have just noticed that apt-get install tetex-bin seems to work.
I guess this problem has something to do with the package providing
and replacing dvipdfm, which used to be a separate package.
I don't understand what the problem is, or whether it is something
that can be fixed in the packaging.
Perhaps at least the separate apt-get install tetex-bin will a
work-around for me and others.... I tried it, and there were some
other problems. I think they may have been reported already; if not,
I'll file a bug.
