Well, I haven't seen the build log until now, but I've spoken to
Michael Piefel meanwhile (thanks!). I believe to know, where the bug
is located.
The mapping files for the cm-Type1-Fonts /etc/texmf/dvips/bsr* were
moved from tetex-base to tetex-extra. Hence we have to call updmap in
postin of tetex-extra, to get psfonts.map regenerated (we don't have
to call update-updmap).
