Bug#190873: tetex-base: iso-8859-7.def missing [Babel/Greek]

For latex to accept accept text in Greekk (ISO 8859-7) encoding
the file iso-8859-7.def has to be used. For some reason,
it has been left out. It can usually be found on CTAN. If you
have trouble finding it, I could provide you with it.
