Bug#182772: marked as forwarded (dvipdfm can't find ot1r.enc)

It seemed ot1*.enc (ot1.enc, ot1alt.enc, ot1r.enc)
were really missing.
If this is a real problem, is there any chance that these are
included in tetex?
