The files which will be included in the archive on ftp-master (auric)
are determined by the files listed in the .changes file. The
program dinstall, which exists on ftp-master, is used to actually
install the packages into the archive. (It is actually just a wrapper
around katie.) The command dinstall -n performs all of the tests
which dinstall would do, but does not actually install the package in
the archive. Thus you can find out whether your package would be
accepted or rejected on the next dinstall run without having to wait.
