Commit notices should go to debian-tetex-maint -- where else would be
sensible?  Having another list just doesn't make sense.

Rule for working on a shared CVS: always do a cvs update before
starting and a cvs commit when done!  Saves a lot of hassle.  And in
our situation, one should always note what one has done in the
changelog and probably use that for the commit message.
