Bug#133128: Remove generated Makefile from pdftexdir

In texk/web2c/pdftexdir, the generated Makefile has been accidentally
left; it should be deleted before the next dpkg-buildpackage (it
doesn't get deleted by debian/rules clean as there's no Makefile in
the parent directory).
