Bug#131916: [tetex-bin] install fails due to missing appdefault for xdvi

Version: 1.0.7+20011202-3
tetex-bin shows only a message about not being able to find the
app-default for xdvi and then drops out of the debconf-interface.
Since tetex-bin's description claims to install that utility this strikes
me a a bit weird. Maybe add something to the pre-inst script that sets
this app-default?
