tetex configuration wish

This was in response to a question I asked. Please regard this as a
feature request. I'm not sure how to make it non-interactive,
though.

BTW this is something I was going to send as a change request to Debian.
There should be either a debconf screen for selecting hyphenation patterns
and default metafont mode and the system default for paper size should be
imported. Or texconfig should be run as part of package configuration.
Or at least a message should be displayed that running texconfig is a
necessary step to make the system really usable (think of an administrator
who does not know TeX but his users do).
