Hi,

on line 238 the file «/usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/titlesec/» states
«\input{ttlkeys.def}»; however, no «ttlkeys.def» is present.

This bug gets triggered when you try and use «\usepackage{titlesec}» with the
so-called «extended settings» (see «titlesec» documentation).

The fix is trivial: please, include «ttlkeys.def» in
«/usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/titlesec/»; you may find it in the «titlesec»
packages sources, which means in tetex-src also.
