Bug#39464: tetex-bin: Manpages missing

Of the missing manpages reported in the original bug report, the
following now exist as real manpages instead of links to the
standard Debian ``undocumented.7.gz'' manpage:

dvi2fax.1.gz
dvihp.1.gz
dvitomp.1.gz
epstopdf.1.gz  
   from Jim van Zandt, followup to this bug report
mf.X.1.gz    
   as mf.1.gz

I'm working on manpages for the rest, including (*sigh*) manpages
for texlinks.1, texshow.1, texutil.1, thumbpdf.1, and ttf2afm.1,
which are new to 1.07.
