tetex-extra is broken

    Hello,

I've encountered a problem installing the etex-extra  (and consequently
task-tex) package.

Here is the output I obtain when I try to configure the package :

$apt-get install tetex-extra
[...]
Running initex for missing formats. This may take some time. ...
fmtutil: `pdfetex -ini -efmt=pdfelatex -progname=pdfelatex
*pdfelatex.ini' failed.dpkg: error processing tetex-extra (--configure):

 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of task-tex:
 task-tex depends on tetex-extra; however:
  Package tetex-extra is not configured yet.

 dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
Errors were encountered while processing:
 tetex-extra
 task-tex

Please find below the output resulting from the run of the pdfetex
command.
It indicates that the file "frhyph.tex" is missing.
