Bug#57367: might need fix

Well I checked the above statement and it seems correct.

I can not guess if it is useful or not but to make 'mkhtml'
executable might be necessary at least to make the situation 
consistent with the documentation.

I am not sure but the executable mkhtml in /usr/share/doc/texmf/
may cause lintian error.  If this is so then it might be much
better to explain the situation in README.Debian or so.
