I also attached an sh file.
Do you mean by upgrade, which is in the last line of this file that I
make a mistake doing upgrade. At the moment I only wanted to upgrade
the libre office and I did not wanted to upgrade Debian to the new
version Debian 11.
However apt it seems to is working, but synaptic not.

What's the content of your /etc/apt/sources.list file and what's the
content of files in /etc/apt/source.list.d/?
We released a new version of Debian on Saturday 14 August. You seem to
have "stable" listed in your apt sources, which can give you surprises
if you're not expecting a new Debian release. Were you aware we released
a new version and were you expected to upgrade?
