brokern system with update and upgrade
in doing an apt-get update and apt-get upgrade, my system was broken.
i now, until i fix it, was coming right up into kde for user. now it
wont come up for user with startx and only comes up for root with
startx.
then it goes into gnome without a choice!
anyone know of a fix or what caused this. i am about to go to another
distribution.
