At your own risk, you might try:

  apt-get install $(dpkg --get-selections | awk '{print $1"/stable"}')

This won't work if you have installed some packages that are new to 
testing. If that's the case, you will need to remove those packages by 
hand and try again.

Backup all useful data before you try this.
