Bug#779541: liburcu: Please add sh4 support

Hello!

liburcu currently fails to build from source since it doesn't recognize Debian's
sh4 (SuperH) port as a host architecture. Similar to #776924, it would be nice
if support for sh4 could be added to the liburcu package unless there is a particular
reason why it should not support this architecture.

The error message during a failed build attempt [1] is:
