Bug#1070098: openssh-sftp-server: False dependency on openssh-client

It's not precisely a false dependency:

  $ ls -l /usr/share/doc/openssh-sftp-server
  lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 14 Feb 26 12:26 /usr/share/doc/openssh-sftp-server -> openssh-client

This saves a bit of space if all the packages are installed together,
which is the common case. However, it's true that it's not very much
space (200K or so), so maybe it's not worth the resulting confusion ...

You'll have to report that as a separate bug - I don't maintain the
dropbear packages.
