64-bit gdb and strace

Thanks to Dave for getting the strace patches. The gdb64 package and
strace with 64-bit native binary packages should be showing up in Debian
soon. For those that can't wait, here's the packages I've built. You
need the lib64readline4 package for gdb64. The strace package contains
the 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
