Is something wrong with the buildd (which did build put not upload a package).

I am the maintainer of the ocaml package, and there were some strange
things happening with the autobuilders for ia64 and sparc.

ocaml 3.06-6.1 was uploaded on september 24 and was then sucessfully
autobuilt on both ia64 and sparc on the same day, as can be seen from
the buildd logs :


But then, these package never got uploaded :

(well, i show here only ocaml-base, but there are also ocaml and
ocaml-native-compilers built from the same ocaml source package).

And as thus, ocaml cannot be moved to testing, as can be seen under :

Excuses for ocaml

    * Maintainer: Sven Luther
    * 8 days old (needed 2 days)
    * out of date on ia64: ocaml, ocaml-base, ocaml-native-compilers (from 3.06-6)
    * out of date on sparc: ocaml, ocaml-base, ocaml-native-compilers (from 3.06-6)
    * Not considered 

I asked on debian-devel, but nobody answered me, and i don't really know
where to look for a way to solve this problem. It is important, since in
testing right now, we have an older version of ocaml (3.04) which will
_not_ be the one shipping with sarge, and there are many package which
depend on this one, and are thus blocked out of testing.

Also, the 3.06-6.1 built was only done because i uploaded 3.06-6 as a
source only upload and no autobuilder saw fit to build and upload the
arch: all package and i did not find how to force dpkg-buildpackage to
build a arch: all only upload. As thus the 3.06-6.1 are mostly exactly
the same as the 3.06-6 package in the archive.

I hope this is the right place for asking this kind of questions, and
that someone may help me out here.
