This should go up to about 295900.  Do you have the whole tftpboot.img
file?  The file size should be exactly 2709631 bytes, and it should
have a md5sum of:

  2c9eb968c5d1e481236c543608d657fa  tftpboot.img

It looks like you have a truncated file.
