Thanks for replies.  One thing I'm certain of: Vanguard is issuing 53.
My internet cable service issues 137 and 138 only when I go into Vanguard.

I do not see anyone else doing this and do not understand why these do it. It only occurs when I go into Vanguard. Vanguard is very slooooow, by opening up these ports I thought it would speed things up but immediately closed them when it did not and will not reopen them. This is not rocket science but I could not find info on these ports, need to look further.
