rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 4.374/4.600/4.780/0.102 ms

And I get something like 1 KB/s.

On the other hand:
 5  ftp2.xs4all.nl (194.109.21.26)  5.506 ms  6.631 ms  6.618 ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 4.362/4.617/5.242/0.218 ms

Gives me > 5 MB/s

I really think it's tartini that has the problem, and not xs4all.
