Tracking for (etch-)backports

        Hi!

 I just recently had the idea that it would be more than convenient if
it would be possible to also track security informations for backports.
I have gone through recent testing transition and DSAs and did uploads
for some of the packages, but a more convenient way for doing so would
be quite helpful.

 I've talked with Alexander Wirt from the backports team, he was all for
the idea and just requested the creation of a backports-security list to
get such informations to. I also spoke with Steffen Joeris and he also
thought it would be a good idea and told me I should raise it on this
list.

 Personally I have no problems with following the reports from both the
stable and testing team and go through them for the time being, if
people don't see much point in having it non-manually tracked, but still
I guess we can get something worked out. If there is some informations
from backports needed, just let me know and I'll work out how to get
those across.
