I now need some help with the packaging; mainly some review before
upload. The package is available at:

git://git.debian.org/git/debian-science/packages/armadillo.git

Now, it is mostly done, but I just want a few tips and cross checks
from you guys, since I don't want to push in half-baked packages
hurriedly.

In particular:

1. The documentation generation: I use the upstream Doxyfile and
generate a new Doxyfile and use that to regenerate the documentation
from the (GPL/LGPL) sources instead of using the upstream generated
HTMLs. It seems flaky, but works fine. But suggestions for improvement welcome.

2. Copyright format and copyright notices. The copyright file is in
the old format, but that can be fixed if needed. I also think there
are no issues with the licensing of any files, but a cross check would
be appreciated.

3. Miscellaneous: Other comments and suggestions for improvement will
be most welcome. Directly committing the changes to the repository is
also fine by me.

Thanks a lot!
