I'm the maintainer of labplot.  It is unfortunately uninstallable on sid at the
moment due to the gcc transition from gcc3 to gcc4.  This means I have to wait
until the libraries that labplot depends on are transitioned before I can upload
a transitioned version of labplot.

Sorry, but there's nothing else I can do about that at present :/
