Dvorak + russian keyboard layout for console



Привет,

вот, может кому надо -- раскладка dvorak для латинской клавиатуры в
сочетании с ru_ms для русской; для console-cyrillic, не компилированная.

Найдёте ошибки -- сообщайте.
