Hi,

I am in the process of overtaking rake from Adam and I have found that
I need newer rdoc in ruby1.8.

I see two options here:

1. Upload separate up-to-date rdoc gem2deb .deb (and I will *sigh* maintain it)
2. Update ruby1.8 rdoc
