sorry I forget to mention the testing - this package blocks the
migration of Nginx to testing:

I think we should fix this issue in stable (Bookworm) and SID
separately.

binNMU request will fix in stable, and the mentioned PR (and some
other staff) will fix in unstable. After that (as I wrote) that
will be migrated to testing.
