Dear Release Team,

please RM hardlink from testing, to allow util-linux to migrate.
src:util-linux now ships the hardlink program, and on upgrades hardlink
should get deconfigured/removed. See #992498 for additional background.

I've also filed a bug for removal from unstable, but I guess it will
take a while for that to happen. Will followup with the ftp.d.o bug#.
