The bug you followed up to is for the 9.4 update which was included in
8.1, and is thus already closed.

The bug for the 9.1.17 update is #787642, which is tagged pending as the
package is already in p-u. To be entirely honest, I think a bug for
9.1.18 should be separate from the 9.1.17 bug, as it's a different
package than that already accepted.
