Could you provide a little more detail as to why this change is
included?

+  * debian/clean: Added compile file.

I can see that it's previously been included in an upload to unstable,
but the debdiff between the current stable and unstable packages does
not show the {in,ex}clusion of that file. (As a side note, the unstable
changelog also mentions "debian/libbt0.install: updated." but the diff
shows no changes to that file.)
