There shouldn't be any new build failures with this transition (at least Ubuntu didn't see any).

A large number of binNMUs could be avoided if Haskell wouldn't hard code libffi dependencies in every haskell package (see #639015).

The transition should be done before the freeze for wheezy.

Finally, libffi5 is gone from sid and testing as of a couple days ago.
