The serna maintainer replied that I should go ahead with the transition:
> Leave it as-is. serna has been abandonned by upstream, serna-free
> never transitioned to testing.

So this should be a quick/easy transition that will make it possible to fix the
RC bugs against python-qt4 and pykde4 (FTBFS due to pyhon3.3).
