Please unblock package libimage-size-ruby

The libimage-size-ruby/0.1.1-4.1 fix RC Bug#593035.
The package failed to build with ruby 1.9.2 because relative requires no
longer work.
And Debian « squeeze » will include Ruby 1.9.2, thanks.
