Unblocked; that would have been a much easier decision if eclipse-nls-sdk
hadn't had a new upstream version uploaded since the freeze had started.
You're right that the bugs causing the removal of eclipse-nls-sdk were in
another package, but that doesn't decrease the risk of introducing a new
version of the package that hasn't been tested in etch before now.
