Please unblock sql-ledger/2.6.22-2

Hi,

this version only fixes the documentation to clearly explain that
SQL-Ledger is not safe to use in untrusted environments. It should be run
behind authenticated HTTP with trusted users.

This has been done on the request of the security team. Thanks to Moritz
for the kick who upgraded #409703 to serious.

So please unblock sql-ledger/2.6.22-2
