Freeze exception request: postgresql-{7.4,8.1}

Hi Release team,

The 5-day testing period of postgresql-7.4 and -8.1 is over, and I
would like to ask you to let it into Sarge. There are only two
cosmetic changes:

postgresql-7.4 (1:7.4.14-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Urgency medium, since only trivial bug fixes.
  * Add watch file.
  * debian/control: Fix spelling of 'Tcl'. (See #401191)
