there are quite a few packages in NEW, that closes RC bugs, that were uploaded soon enough to clear NEW before the freeze, but since NEW is not processed in a timely fashion anymore, those packages are stuck in there. There is e.g. dcc for me, and I assume many other teams/DDs have packages in there that would need a quick review.
