FTBFS, major FHS violation, binary with same name as one in other
package, plus more. The maintainer is "working on" things with a person
who he "hopes" will become the new maintainer. If that accomplishes
something, a new version can always go in; the current version is just
not acceptable, and there's no timetable for the fix.
