Bug#942129: kio: no multiarch support.

Package: kio

While trying to install a kde app for a foreign architecture. I noticed that while libkf5declarative5 is multi-arch: same it can only be installed for one architecture at a time, because it depends on kio and kio has no multi-arch field.

Unfortunately it seems kio contains a bunch of stuff in architecture-specific paths which look like they may be used from other packages, but also contains native binaries in /usr/bin , so it seems adding multi-arch support would require splitting the package.

Thoughts?

(I did not put a version number on the bug because this situation seems to be the same in all versions of Debian I looked at)
