Could you please integrate them in kde-l10n-fr ?

Well no, since the "stable" branch of kde-l10n/kf5 currently refers to KDE Applications 17.04, i.e. much newer than the KDE PIM stack which is in Debian. Backporting them means that, even if they were 100% translated, most of their messages will not match the provided software. I already mentioned that in #860515...
