Bug#824334: [qtcreator] Should recommend qtdeclarative5-dev and qmlscene

qtcreator recommends qtdeclarative5-dev-tools, but that package alone is
useless to it. To detect QtQuick support, packages qtdeclarative5-dev and
qmlscene also have to be installed.
Moreover while qmlscene is at least mentioned in the warning in QtCreator
settings, it is near impossible to find out that qtdeclarative5-dev also needs
to be installed.
So please, add these two packages to recommends.
Alternatively, those packages could be made to recommend each other. I think
it would then still make more sense to recommend qtdeclarative5-dev in
qtcreator and the qtdeclarative5-dev-tools in qtdeclarative5-dev than the
other way around (neither depends on nor recommends the other currently).
