That fixed the issue the previous time ... IOW: Decide how you want to use your system and if you like to run unstable, then get rid of at least the oldstable lines in /etc/apt/sources.list I wouldn't be surprised if several of your problems are caused by this mess. And next time when you get an issue, first try to reproduce the problem on Debian stock kernel instead of your own compiled one before you report it to the BTS.
