No one has denied you that choice. All that was said is that it is not a proper solution to the reported problem. Given that testing is meant as preparation or test-bed for the next stable release, there's enough time to find a proper solution. I have no idea what your systemd rant has anything to do with this bug though. And no, I don't want you to explain. I don't care. But most of all, this bug report is _not_ the right place for a systemd discussion.
